Miu Miu’s Fall Winter 2011 shoes were not so Fall Winter at all. I love these glittery shoes, we saw them in stores a few seasons back, but this time the shoes are even more attention grabbing. The details of the heels are absolutely beautiful, giving the line a very young feel.
Fashion houses always take the other direction. When the whole world and most of its corporations are caught up with health consciousness and ways to promote a healthier world. Here comes the house of Yves Saint Laurent introducing a new and updated cigarette package, I must say it is appealing. The packaging is really beautiful, reminds me of the old movies where cigarette packs looked a lot more attractive that today’s cheap cardboard boxes.
It’s been a while that the Fiat 500 is trying to build it’s image around fashion. We’ve seen many fashion icons and bloggers ‘driving’ this car. Latest attempt is collaborating with Gucci and shooting a campaign with Natasha Poly, check out the photos:
What better gift than one that comes in a signature blue box wrapped with a white ribbon? Remember the unforgettable Tiffany Key Collection? Tiffany & Co’s latest collection follows that and features pendants and charms that are actual Locks. The locks come in many options: vintage, heart, arc and round shapes in 18 karat yellow and rose gold or sterling silver. They look amazing when you mix and match a few and wear them all together, piling up 3 necklaces like on models of the photo shoot (I put the making off video of the photo shoot so you can have a closer look).
There is one pendant that’s beautiful: the heart pendant. It is handcrafted in platinum and covered in pave diamonds! Keep dreaming…
We all did get to witness the most iconic event of the year. The wedding was a fairytale. Kate’s dress was just too perfect in her Alexander McQueen gown, her simplicity was truly magical.
From the official Royal Wedding Website the details of the dress are described:
“Miss Middleton chose British brand Alexander McQueen for the beauty of its craftsmanship and its respect for traditional workmanship and the technical construction of clothing. Miss Middleton wished for her dress to combine tradition and modernity with the artistic vision that characterizes Alexander McQueen’s work. Miss Middleton worked closely with Sarah Burton in formulating the design of her dress.”
Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Wishing all the happiness in the world! Here are some close up photos from the wedding:
With all the travelling I was doing it was really hard to continue and focus on sending out posts. I’ve got everything back on track now and will be posting some new things back on the regular.
Thanks for still reading!
